1. Physical Educational Materials
1.1 Return Eligibility
You may return physical educational materials purchased directly from our website within 30 days of delivery, provided that:
- The items are in their original condition, unused, and with all original packaging and components;
- You have proof of purchase (order confirmation email or invoice);
- The items are not listed as non-returnable at the time of purchase.
1.2 Non-Returnable Items
The following items cannot be returned:
- Items that have been opened, used, or show signs of wear;
- Customized or personalized educational materials;
- Clearance or sale items specifically marked as non-returnable;
- Items that are damaged due to misuse or improper handling after delivery.
1.3 Return Process
To initiate a return:

- Include your order number, the items you wish to return, and the reason for the return;
- Our team will provide you with a Return Authorization Number and shipping instructions;
- Package the items securely with all original components and include the Return Authorization Number;

1.4 Refund Processing
Once we receive and inspect your return, we will notify you of the status of your refund:
- If approved, your refund will be processed to the original method of payment within 10 business days;
- The refund will include the purchase price of the returned items but may not include shipping costs unless the return is due to our error;

1.5 Damaged or Defective Items

- Technical issues that prevent access to or proper functioning of the digital materials that cannot be resolved by our technical support team;
- Significant discrepancies between the product description and the actual digital content delivered;

- You agree to delete any downloaded copies of the materials from all your devices.

3.1 Cancellation of Subscriptions
You may cancel your subscription at any time:

- You will continue to have access to the subscription services until the end of your current billing period.
3.2 Refunds for Subscriptions

- Monthly subscriptions: No prorated refunds are provided for partial months;
- Annual subscriptions: May be eligible for a prorated refund of unused months if cancelled within 14 days of the annual renewal date;
- New subscriptions: If you cancel within 14 days of initial subscription purchase, you may be eligible for a full refund if you have not substantially used the services.
3.3 Subscription Refund Request Process

- Our team will review your usage history and the circumstances of your request;

4. Educational Workshops and Events
4.1 Cancellation by Customer
For workshops, webinars, or other educational events:
- Cancellations made more than 14 days before the event: Full refund or option to transfer to another event;
- Cancellations made 7-14 days before the event: 50% refund or option to transfer to another event;
- Cancellations made less than 7 days before the event: No refund, but you may transfer your registration to another person.
4.2 Cancellation by jobodiaro
If we cancel an event:
- You will receive a full refund of your registration fee;
- Alternatively, you may choose to transfer your registration to another scheduled event;
- We are not responsible for any travel, accommodation, or other expenses you may have incurred.
4.3 Event Refund Process
To request an event refund:
- Contact our events team at [email protected];
- Include your registration details, the event information, and reason for cancellation;
- Refunds will be processed within 10 business days to your original payment method.
5. Bulk Orders and Institutional Purchases
For bulk orders, school purchases, or other institutional orders:
- Custom refund terms may apply as specified in your purchase agreement;
- Standard return period is 30 days from delivery for unopened materials;
- A restocking fee of 10% may apply for returns of bulk orders;
- Custom or specially produced materials are generally non-returnable;

Unless the return is due to our error (wrong item shipped, defective product, etc.), customers are responsible for return shipping costs. We recommend using a tracked shipping service as we cannot be responsible for items lost in transit during the return process.
If the return is due to our error, we will provide a prepaid shipping label or reimburse reasonable shipping costs. Please contact customer service to arrange this.
7. Exchanges
If you wish to exchange an item rather than request a refund:
- Follow the return process outlined in Section 1.3;
- Clearly indicate in your return request that you want an exchange and specify the item you would like instead;
- If the replacement item is of higher value, you will need to pay the difference;
- If the replacement item is of lower value, we will refund the difference;
